This is a private trip only for:
PUTNAM COUNTY SCHOOL EMPLOYEES AND FAMILY ONLY
NO CHILDREN UNDER 14 YEARS OLD
The main purchaser must be a Putnam County School Employee. Anyone found not to have a Putnam County School employee in your group, your trip will be canceled and money refunded minus deposit.
 
3 days 2 nights in The Big Apple. 
Price is per person. Brand new hotel, opened June 2024. Steps from Times Square with free breakfast. 
 
Pick up in Scott Depot
🚎Scott Depot- Park N Ride- 4344 Teays Valley Rd, Scott Depot WV 25560 at 10pm

Hotel is less than one (1) block from Times Square.
Bus has bathroom,  and 3-prong 120v outlets with USB-A ports.
 
Price includes motorcoach transportation, 2 night hotel stay, and tickets to the Broadway show- Hamilton.  
 
Credit Card Pricing per person is as follows:
$548.55 when booking 4 people per room
$610.65 when booking 3 people per room
$693.45 when booking 2 people per room (room has 1 king bed only)
$755.55 when booking 2 people per room (room has (2) beds)

Cash Pricing per person is as follows:
$530 when booking 4 people per room
$590 when booking 3 people per room
$670 when booking 2 people per room (room has 1 king bed only)
$730 when booking 2 people per room (room has (2) beds)
$100 per person non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your seat / room.

FEE: Porterage fee is $15 per bag. First bag per person is included in price. This is only for bag checked in at the hotel luggage counter. This must be paid in cash before departure Feb 1 2025
As always you are welcome to leave extras on the bus.
Also, All adults must submit their ID at counter and a credit card will be required at the time of check-in for any incidentals.
 
Itinerary:
Sunday March 30: Leave Scott Depot, WV at 10:00pm. 
Monday March 31: Arrive in NYC by 9am, drop bags at hotel in Times Square  and then you are off to enjoy the city. Return to the hotel anytime after 4pm to collect bag and check into your room.
Tuesday April 1: Go see  Hamilton (theater across from hotel) at 7pm. 
Wednesday April 2: Check out of the hotel by noon and check your bag with the luggage counter. Arrive back to the hotel at 7:30pm. Depart Hotel at 8:00pm.
Wednesday April 3, arrive in Scott Depot at 7-8am.
Be sure to tip the drivers but know it is optional.
