Itinerary:
  • Friday May, 30 2025 at 11pm from Park-n-Ride in Scott Depot, WV and Rural Kings Mt Hope. 
  • We also will pickup in Williamstown, Flatwoods, Clarksburg and Morgantown 
  • Saturday May 30 2025 we will arrive at Hyatt, check your luggage and you off to explore for the day
  • Satuday May 30 2025 you can check into the hotel around 4pm
  • Sunday June 1 2025 you can enjoy breakfast in the lobby, check out and check your bag with the hotel by noon.
  • Sunday June 1 2025 return to hotel by 4pm to get your luggage
  • Sunday June 1 2025 depart hotel by 4:30pm 
  • Sunday June 1 2025 arrive back in WV around midnight
 
Seating Chart
We will  assign seats, your group will be seated together if booked together. If you didnt book together please message us letting us know who in your group. We do take seating requests. Those are honored based on the groups that paid in FULL first. 
 
$100 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required per person to reserve your seat/room.
