Price is per person. Brand new hotel, opened April 2024. Steps from times square with free breakfast. 
 
Pick up in Scott Depot, Flatwoods, Clarksburg and Morgantown, WV

Hotel is less than one (1) block from Times Square.
Bus has bathroom,  and 3 prong 120v outlets with USB ports.
We do not put strangers with other strangers in the same room. Other companies may do that, but that's not how Westfall Travel Group operates, it is just weird. 
 
Credit Card Pricing per person is as follows:
$550 when booking 4 people per room
$640 when booking 3 people per room
$754 when booking 2 people per room (room has 1 king bed only)
$795 when booking 2 people per room (room has doube beds)

Cash Pricing per person is as follows:
$530 when booking 4 people per room
$615 when booking 3 people per room
$725 when booking 2 people per room (room has 1 king bed only)
$765 when booking 2 people per room (room has doube beds)
$100 per person non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your seat / room.

ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
Final/ Full Payment due: October 12, 2024 at 11:59pm

FEE: Porterage fee is $15 per bag. First bag per person is included in price. This is only for bag checked in at the hotel luggage counter. This must be paid in cash before departure Dec 13, 2024.
As always you are welcome to leave extras on the bus.
Also, All adults must submit their ID at counter and a credit card will be required at the time of check-in for any incidentals.
 
Itinerary:
Friday Dec 13: Leave Scott Depot, WV at 10:00pm. Pickup- Walmart off Exit 1 in Morgantown, WV.
Saturday Dec 14: Arrive in NYC by 9am, drop bags at Hotel in Times Square  and then you are off to enjoy the city. Return to the hotel anytime after 3pm to collect bag and check into your room.
Monday Dec 16: Check out of the hotel by noon and check your bag with the luggage counter. Arrive back to the hotel Monday Dec 16th  6:30pm. Depart Hotel  at 7:00pm.
Tuesay Dec 17th, arrive in Scott Depot at 7-8am.
Be sure to tip the drivers but know it is optional.
